Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy is a distinguished pharmaceutical entrepreneur with over 35 years of global manufacturing experience. He founded Bactolac Pharmaceutical Inc. in 1995 with a vision to build a premier full-service turnkey dietary supplement contract manufacturing plant. Under his leadership, Bactolac has expanded into an expansive multi-facility campus operating across 650,000+ sq. ft. in Hauppauge, NY.
Joining Bactolac in 2018 as Corporate Controller before ascending to CFO, Mr. Romano oversees corporate finance, fiscal compliance, and strategic capital allocation. Prior to Bactolac, he spent a decade at Marcum LLP supporting pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and technology clients through financial assurance and advisory practices.
Mr. Davuluri joined Bactolac in 2000 as a formulation chemist, advancing to Formulation Manager and Director of Operations before assuming the COO role. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production supervision and formulation chemistry, he directs daily plant operations and equipment validation.
Mr. Saketh Reddy leads Corporate Strategy, Global Business Development, and Commercial Operations for Bactolac and its subsidiary, ScieGen Pharmaceuticals. Serving on Bactolac's Board of Directors since 2018, he possesses deep expertise across both nutraceutical and pharmaceutical market landscapes.
Serving Bactolac since 2000, Ms. Jackson directs internal quality systems, regulatory auditing, and FDA 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP compliance. Having progressed from QC Chemist to QA Director and Associate VP, she ensures all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished lots strictly conform to global buyer specifications.
Dr. Guduru leads Bactolac's analytical research, method validation, testing laboratories, and SOP implementation. A published researcher in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Heterocycles and Analytical Chemistry, his expertise ensures strict adherence to heavy metal, micro, and assay testing standards.
Associated with Bactolac since 2000, Mr. Pylla Chandrasheker Reddy directs master production scheduling, tableting, encapsulation, and packaging operations. His technical background in veterinary pharmaceuticals brings rigorous biological and process control standards to everyday manufacturing.
Affiliated with Bactolac since 1999, Mr. Pusey brings 30+ years of experience founding, managing, and advising public and private enterprise growth. He provides high-level corporate governance, structure, and strategic business consulting to the organization.
Mr. McGonegal has served as Corporate Secretary since 2000. Managing Director of McGonegal and Co., his professional career includes over two decades as a Partner with audit firm BDO Seidman LLP, offering deep institutional accounting oversight to Bactolac's executive board.
